      Overview

      This product has been discontinued.

A β-lactam analog of Proteasome Inhibitor VII, Antiprotealide (Cat. No. 539179) that acts as a selective and irreversible inhibitor of the 20S proteasome. While the rate of proteasome inhibition is slower than Omuralide (Cat. No. 426102), β-lactam 3 displays prolonged aqueous stability and therefore may be better suited for biological evaluation.
