Recombinant, human NADPH-P450 oxidoreductase expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells. A membrane bound flavoprotein containing one mole each of FAD and FMN. Transfers electrons from NADPH to the various isoforms of cytochrome P450. Typically used at ratio 1:10 to 1:2 (reductase:P450) for in vitro reconstitution assays. Suitable for in vitro drug metabolism and toxicology research including reconstituted P450-dependent biotransformation reactions.
