      This product has been discontinued.

A cell-permeable nitro-propiophenone compound that preferentially enhances tumor growth-inhibitory effects of ionizing radiation (~ 5 µM in U251, HT-29 and A549 tumor cells and in U251 xenograft mouse model, 50 mg/kg, i.p.) with no apparent effect on normal human glial cells, Zebrafish embryos and nude mice. Shown to increase the accumulation of unrepaired double-strand DNA breaks and prolong the damage-dependent signaling.
