Description
A cell-permeable, reversible inhibitor of caspase-1-like proteases. Constructed by attaching the N-terminal sequence (amino acids 1-16) of the Kaposi fibroblast growth factor signaling peptide to Caspase Inhibitor II (Cat. No. 218735), which imparts cell-permeability to this peptide.
Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at -20°C.
