      Description
OverviewA pyrimidinyl sulfonamide compound that acts as a potent, reversible and CaM non-competitive inhibitor of CaMKII activities (IC50 = 0.063 µM) with excellent selectivity over several kinases (IC50 = >60, 36, 11, 30 and 21 µM for CaMKIV, MLCK, p38α, Akt1 and PKC, respectively). Shown to exhibit ~25-fold greater potency towards CaMKII than the CaM-competitive inhibitor KN-93 (Cat. No. 422708).
