Millipore′s NucleoClean<TMSYMBOL></TMSYMBOL> Decontamination spray will keep your lab free of PCR carryover contamination. Our NucleoClean<TMSYMBOL></TMSYMBOL> spray offers you a simple and effective way to clean your PCR equipment, labware, and benches --a quick, easy, and safe alternative to bleaching methods!
Stable at room temperature for months when properly closed.
Millipore also offers the AMP ID system, a highly efficient nucleic acid amplification technology configured in a convenient single tube reaction format for Real-Time PCR detection of RNA or DNA based targets. Each kit supplies enough reagent for as many as 100 assays and includes optimized positive controls and amplification primers specifically designed for the detection of select infectious agents. The AMP ID line currently includes kits for Pan-Enterovirus (AMP3100), West Nile Virus (AMP3200), Avian Influenza A Virus, H5N1 (AMP3500), and Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 and Type 2 (AMP3800). In addition Millipore offers ViralXpress, a powerful nucleic acid extraction and purification system, specifically intended for the highly efficient purification of viral DNA and RNA from plasma, serum, cerebral spinal fluid, amniotic fluid, tissue, bone marrow, infected cells or cell culture supernatants (3095). Each kit supplies enough reagents for up to 50 extractions.
