          OverviewHighly purified and intended for use as a detergent to solubilize membrane-bound proteins in their native state. Reported to induce tyrosine phosphorylation of β-catenin and its subsequent translocation to the nucleus, promoting activation of β-catenin signaling (effective concentration 5-50 µM).
