Antibody may be used up to 5 times in immunoblotting experiments without significant loss in signal strength. Store diluted antibody at 4°C between uses. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

      BackgroundThe rat NMDAR1 (NR1) was the first subunit of the NMDAR to be cloned. NR1 can form NMDA-activated channels when expressed in oocytes, but the currents are larger when combined with one or more of the NMDAR2 (NR2 A-D) subunits.
