~105 kDa observed. Target band size appears larger than the calculated molecular weights of 86.8 kDa (isoform 1), 82.6 kDa (isoform 2), and 75.9 kDa (isoform 3).

Epitope: Internal (C-terminal half).

Expected to react with all three spliced isoforms reported by UniProt (Q96RN5).

Purified mouse monoclonal IgG1κ antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in K562 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected MED15 in 10 µg of K562 cell lysate.
