Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse Aminopeptidase N/CD13.

~160 kDa observed. The calculated molecular weight is 110 kDa, however Aminopeptidase N/CD13 has been shown as a ~160 kDa band in western blots (Soderberg, et al. (1993). Journal of virology).

Purified rat monoclonal IgG2bκ in buffer containing PBS without preservatives.

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in mouse kidney tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected Aminopeptidase N/CD13 in 10 µg of mouse kidney tissue lysate.
