      OverviewNative β1,2-Xylosidase from Xanthomonas species. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of terminal xylose β1,2-linked to the β-mannose of N-linked oligosaccharides. Enzyme requires removal of α1,3-linked mannose. Enzyme requires 5 mM calcium chloride in reaction buffer for full activity.
      Note: 1 mU = 1 milliunit.
