Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Chromolith® HPLC columns owe their rapid separation speed to their unique bimodal pore structure with macro- and mesopores. The macropores reduce the column back pressure and allow the use of faster flow rates, thereby considerably reducing analysis time. Whereas, the mesopores form a fine porous structure, which creates a very large active surface area for high-efficiency separations.
This combination results in separations which are twice as fast as conventional 5 μm particulate columns – at half the back pressure. Furthermore, flow rates can be easily varied from 1 mL up to 9 mL per minute, with the same high-quality resolution. Besides rapid separations, Chromolith® HPLC columns also ensure fast re-equilibration between analyses.
High-Speed Separation of Five Beta-Blockers
A mixture of five beta-blocker drugs demonstrates the extreme time savings and high separation efficiency made possible with Chromolith® columns. Due to the excellent mass transfer properties of the monolithic skeleton, high-speed separation is possible even at a high flow rate. The beta-blockers were well separated with excellent peak symmetry. At 9 mL/min, the analysis time was less than one minute, and the column back pressure was only 153 bar.
