MyMilli-Q™ Remote Care is an online monitoring and service capability that helps scientists manage their lab water systems remotely. Expansion to benchtop systems is aimed at providing maximum lab productivity with remote diagnostics and assistance. The online service portal allows scientists to monitor lab performance with system notifications and remote access. It also simplifies data traceability, as well as audits and lab accreditation processes.
