MILLIPLEX^® Human Liver Protein Panel

Liver-secreted proteins play important roles in metabolic homeostasis through regulation of circulating lipoprotein levels, energy expenditure, glucose metabolism, and fatty acid uptake. Liver-secreted proteins may serve as biomarkers for liver diseases and gastric cancer. Accurate measurement of liver proteins is critical to obtaining an understanding of their biological functions.

MILLIPLEX^® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 9 analytes in human serum or plasma samples.
Analytes included: α-Fetoprotein (AFP), ANGPTL3, ANGPTL4, ANGPTL6, FABP1, FGF-19, FGF-21, FGF-23, and Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF)
NOTE: When assaying ANGPTL6/AGF it is recommended that serum samples be used.
