General description
Fluid Dは、レシチンまたは油を含有するサンプルの試験に適しており、ほとんどの抗菌薬に適合します。この液体の組成は欧州薬局方（EP）2.6.1、米国薬局方（USP）71および日本薬局方（JP）4.06に準拠しています。本品は無色澄明の液体で、pHは25℃で7.1±0.2です。 2～25℃（遮光）で17か月間保存できます。製品1箱あたり、300 mLの培地が4ボトル入っています。各ボトルには、交差汚染のリスクを最小化して殺菌処置を最適化する、セプタム付きスクリューキャップが付いています。
Application
メンブレンろ過法による無菌試験では、Fluid DをSTERITEST®無菌試験システムと併用して、油またはレシチンを含む溶液をすすぐことができます。また、非滅菌製品のメンブレンろ過による抗微生物活性の除去にも使用できます。本製品は医療機器の無菌経路のすすぎにも優れており、一般に医療機器のすすぎ方法の試験に使用されます。
