General description
液体Aは一般的な洗浄緩衝液であり、欧州薬局方（EP）2.6.1、米国薬局方（USP）71および日本薬局方（JP）4.06に準拠しています。滅菌済みダブルTyvek®包装により、試験法の信頼性が高まり、洗浄手順が合理化され、層流フード内でのクロスコンタミネーションリスクが最低限に抑えられ、アイソレーターチャンバーの効率的な汚染除去が確保されています。本製品は、25°CにおけるpHが7.1 ± 0.2の無色透明の液体で、2～25°Cで（遮光して）12か月間保存できます。液体100 mL入りボトル12本が箱詰めされ、各ボトルにはクロスコンタミネーションのリスクを最低限に抑え、汚染除去手順を最適化するセプタム付きスクリューキャップ栓が付いています。
Application
液体Aは、メンブレンろ過による無菌試験の際に水溶液を洗浄するために使用されます。また、同じ用途で可溶性固形物を希釈するためにも使用されます。この製品は、非滅菌製品のメンブレンろ過のための洗浄液として推奨されます。サンプルの溶解や希釈または市販の微生物の再構成に最適で、微生物の輸送培地としても優れています。
