Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

Description	Mouse monoclonal antibody lyophilized from cell culture supernatant. Recognizes the ~115 kDa subunit of the NMDAR (N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor) protein.
Background	The rat NMDAR1 (NR1) was the first subunit of the NMDAR to be cloned. NR1 can form NMDA-activated channels when expressed in oocytes, but the currents are larger when combined with one or more of the NMDAR2 (NR2 A-D) subunits.
