Key insights on lipid excipients for their use in RNA delivery
(和訳:「RNAデリバリーに使用される重要な脂質原料」)

発表要旨

Beyond the Covid-19 pandemic, there is continued growth around nucleic acid-based vaccines and therapeutics as new formulations are being evaluated for a wider range of indications. With lipid-based systems remaining the established method for the efficient delivery of RNA, this presentation covers key insights on lipids excipients that should be considered early in the drug development process to optimize the performance, reproducibility, costs, and regulatory timelines of the final drug product.
