Bio4C^™ ORCHESTRATOR – ENHANCE your BIOPROCESSING remotely

In this talk we discuss how orchestration software offers better bioprocessing efficiency and provide remote visibility through the centralized management of connected unit operations yielding process workflow automation across multiple systems on the plant floor. Bio4C™ Orchestrator software connects to individual unit operations from a centralized orchestration layer for complete visibility, monitoring, and management of regulatory-compliant biomanufacturing systems and processes.

A browser-based software solution, Bio4C™ Orchestrator provides easy, remote access to systems, recipes, reports, user accounts and alarms from a holistic process dashboard.

If checking on the status of a process, collecting data, reporting, or managing user permissions and passwords requires being on the plant floor and logging into and using each system’s HMI –normally multiple systems – than process understanding and management is limited to the plant floor. We will provide real-world use cases including centralized and consolidated user management, batch reporting across multiple systems, and scalable solutions.

Aniruddha Bose works as a Global Product Manager with over 14 years of experience in Life Sciences focusing on India and Asia biopharmaceuticals markets . Before joining MilliporeSigma he was responsible managing research products at GE Life Sciences. Prior to that he managed screening and process development projects at Biocon. Aniruddha is passionate about technological advancements and he is motivated at marketing functions and business developments. In his current role, he oversees the roadmap, development, and market for Bio4C^™ Suite software and automation products. He earned degrees in biotechnology from Bangalore University (B.S.) and Vellore Institute of Technology (M.S.) and a postgraduate degree in business management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
