Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Eshmuno® CP?FT cation exchange (CEX) resin is specifically designed to provide efficient removal of mAb aggregates in the flow-through frontal chromatography mode of operation enabling loading capacities 10× higher than traditional bind/elute CEX chromatography.
Our ready-to-use, rapidly sanitizing PAB solution is specifically designed for the cleaning and storage of our ProSep® and Eshmuno® Protein A affinity chromatography media.
Trace amounts of anti-A and anti-B isoagglutinins in plasma-derived immunoglobulins (Ig) have been associated with increased patient risk for hemolysis, a serious and sometimes fatal complication.
Eshmuno® CPS resin combines high dynamic binding capacity and separation efficiency in downstream purification of recombinant protein feed streams at elevated salt concentrations.
Next Generation Bioprocessing is considered to be any technology, expendable, or system which significantly changes the existing monoclonal antibody manufacturing template to deliver higher productivity, increased manufacturing flexibility, increased speed, and reduced risk. Meet our experts to get insights and perspectives on the on-going paradigm shift and evolution towards Next Generation Bioprocessing occurring in today's and tomorrow's biopharmaceutical landscape.
Eshmuno® HCX resin is a high salt-tolerant, multimodal chromatography resin designed for fast and efficient direct capture of proteins, including antibodies. It offers outstanding performance results in typical ion exchange and flow-through applications at higher salt levels.
Eshmuno® CPX resin is a strong cation exchanger for high aggregate removal efficiency and high dynamic binding capacity in downstream purification of monoclonal antibodies.
