Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Magna ChIP kits permit a rapid ChIP experiment in a single day and an easy optimization for any target antibody. Available with either protein A or protein G and containing essential positive and negative controls to ensure high quality results.
ChIP kits selection guide provides you with more information and details about each type of ChiPs : Description, Number of assays, Assay time, Availability with protein A or G, Agarose or Magnetic, etc..
ChIP magnetic beads provide you with a rapid and reproducible reagent to effectively collect immunocomplexes for chromatin immunoprecipitations (ChIP) assays.
Merck, today introduced Magna ChIP® HiSens chromatin immunoprecipitation kits for superior enrichment and detection of specific regions of chromatin-associated DNA.
High throughput ChIP (HT96) kit enables up to 96 ChIP reactions in a single plate using as few as 10, 000 cells per well. It provides a streamlined protocol compatible with automated liquid handling systems, and a propriety buffer system with a single buffer for sonication, IP, and wash.
Genome-wide analysis of ChIP-isolated DNA, either by microarray hybridization (ChIP-chip) or by sequencing (ChIP-seq), reveals how regulatory and structural proteins bind and interact across a genome.
Chromatin is the complex of genomic DNA and associated proteins in the nucleus. It allows cells to package their DNA, provides a scaffold for cell division, and enables control of gene expression.
As cells are exposed to environmental factors, they are subject to changes in their genome through epigenetic mechanisms. Such changes accumulate over time and have been correlated with the decline observed in aging cells.
RIP kits Selection Guide gives more information and details about each type of RIP Kits: Description, Number of assays, Assay time, Availability with protein A or G, Agarose or Magnetic, etc..
