This Goat anti-Human IgM Antibody, Fc5μ, FITC conjugate is validated for use in IF for the detection of Human IgM.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the Fc5μ portion of the human IgM heavy chain. No antibody was detected against normal human IgG or IgA, or against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but the antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
