Streptavidin, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate has been used in:
  • cell-based enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)

  • microneutralization assay

Biochem/physiol Actions

Streptavidin antibody, covalently bound to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is used in enzyme-linked detection methods. The conjugated enzyme catalyzes the breakdown of certain substrates, leading to signal generation.
