-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Description
Recombinant, human α-synuclein containing an A53T mutation and expressed in E. coli. α-synuclein is an acidic neuronal protein of 140 amino acids that has been implicated in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease and related neurodegenerative disorders. α-Synuclein (A53T) is a point mutant of the α-synuclein gene that has been linked to autosomal dominant early onset Parkinson's Disease (PD). The apparent molecular weight on SDS-PAGE is ~19-20 kDa.
