DescriptionThe Smac-N7 peptide (Cat. Smac-N7 peptide contains the N-terminal seven residues of Smac and promotes the activation of procaspase-3 (~10 µM). Also, promotes the catalytic activity of caspase-9 in the presence of XIAP.
