The isolated cells can then be used for total, subcellular, membrane, or other form of proteome extractions. ProteoExtract® Protein Precipitation Kit is a convenient kit for highly reproducible precipitation and clean-up of proteins. ProteoExtract® Collagenase Set is a collection of four types (Type I, II, III, and IV) of crude preparations of collagenase from Clostridium histolyticum that are qualified for tissue dissociation.
