      Overview

      This product has been discontinued.

Full length recombinant, human SENP8 fused at the N-terminus to a His•Tag® sequence and expressed in E. coli. Structural and biological studies have shown that SENP8 is a highly specific de-NEDDylating enzyme. The protease is useful for the study of SENP8 and peptidase activity and for inhibitor screening.
