      The Mobius™ 1000 Column contains the Mobius resin, a proprietary, high-capacity anion exchange tentacle resin comprised of porous beads with high surface area and rigidity. The resin provides extremely high plasmid DNA binding capacity (> 1 mg plasmid/ml bed volume), with reduced non-specific binding and improved resolution relative to conventional chromatography resins. The resin is packed between polyethylene frits in a custom-molded chromatography column. Columns are shipped in 20% ethanol.
