      This product has been discontinued.

A cell-permeable herbal-derived jolkinolide that acts as an irreversible inhibitor against IKK-β activity (IC50 = 300 nM). 17-AJB at 10 µM is shown to completely suppress TNF-α-induced IκB-α phosphosphorylation/degradation and NF-κB transcription activity in HepG2 cultures, as well as NF-κB p65 nuclear translocation in A549 cells. Reported to inhibit the growth of several cancer cell lines, including U937, Jurkat, and CoLo205 (IC50 = 0.74, 1.06, and 2.34 µM, respectively).
