      OverviewFull-length, recombinant human casein-α fused to protein expressed with N-terminal His•Tag® and S•Tag™ sequences at the N-terminus. Qualified for use as a substrate for protein tyrosine kinases in in vitro assays and may also serve as a good substrate for proteases. It is expected to be phosphorylated at Ser71 by PKA, Ser89 by CK-2, and Tyr109 by EGFR kinase.
