      Application CommentsTo minimize non-specific staining, centrifuge all antibody preparations at 10,000 x g for 5 min immediately before use to remove any aggregates. For use as a negative control, preincubate 1 µg control peptide with 1 µg antibody for 1 h at room temperature. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the optimal working dilution.
