NKp30/CD337 is a natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) that aids activated natural killer (NK) cells to mediate tumor cell lysis. NKp30 also helps eliminate immature DCs via BAG-6 (BCL2-associated athanogene 6 or Bat-3/Scythe) engagement, as well as by inducing TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma release from NK cells.
