No. 524394) stimulated Ca2+ influx (IC50 = 2.3, 3.2 and 5.9 µM, respectively, in HEK293 expressing human, rat, or mouse TRPV4) without affecting the activity of three other human TRP (transient receptor potential) channels, including capsaicin- (Cat. No. 211275) activated TRPV1, camphor-activated TRPV3, and methanol-activated TRPM8 (IC50 >30 µM).
