-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Overview
Recombinant ubiquitin fused at the N-terminus to GST and expressed in E. coli. Useful for ubiquitination of protein substrates and subsequent glutathione affinity purification of ubiquitinated molecules. Can also be used for immunodetection of conjugates using GST antibodies. Facilitates the visualization of polyUb chains due to larger ladder intervals.
