      A negative allosteric modulator selective for muscarinic AChRs. Most selective for M2 receptors (Ki = 2.4 nM) over other mAChRs (M2 > M1 = M4 > M3 = M5). Used to study the roles of M2 receptors in neuromuscular transmission and neuroimmunology.
