      Application NotesImmunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:750 on 4% paraformaldehyde fixed or 4% paraformaldehyde and 0.2% glutaraldehyde fixed tissue. It is recommended that the antibody be diluted in PBS containing 10% normal goat serum and 0.5% Triton X-100. AB1570 has been used for both light and electron microscopic studies of rat retina, cortex and hippocampus.

      Note: AB1570 is not recommended for Western blot use. See AB1570W.

      Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
