General description

Roll (4.8 m), with color scale

MQuant® Phenolphthalein paper is suitable to monitor a qualitative pH change in the alkalinic range. The paper changes its color from colorless to red when the pH rises from 8 to 9. pH indicator papers supplied in rolls are better suited for longterm storage, since they are protected against external influences. pH indicator papers are manufactured by impregnating high-quality filter paper with indicator or mixed-indicator solutions. Therefore, the paper is dryed, cut and packed into the corresponding sizes. For a semi-quantitative monitoring of the pH value, please refer to our MQuant® pH-indicator papers or strips and for a quantitative measurement to our Reflectoquant® test strips.
