      A cell-permeable anilinoquinoline compound that acts as a potent, active site-targeting inhibitor of MCSF receptor/cFMS (IC50 = 8 nM). It is 100-fold more potent in inhibiting the cFMS-dependent growth of M-NSF-60 cells than the cFMS-independent growth of NSO cells (IC50 = 0.1 and 10 µM, respectively).
