      Description
OverviewA cell-permeable synthetic peptide containing mouse TIRAP138-151 fused to the Drosophila Antennapedia sequence. Specifically inhibits LPS-, but not CpG-induced NF-κB activation, PKR phosphorylation, and JNK phosphorylation in RAW.κB cells at ~40 µM. Also reported to block IκBα degradation.
