      This product has been discontinued.





      A non-selective phosphodiesterase inhibitor. Inhibits endotoxin-induced synthesis of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). PTX inhibits the adhesion of T cells to the β1 and β2 integrin ligands VCAM-1 and ICAM-1. Also prevents the down-regulation of microsomal cytochrome P450 caused by lipopolysaccharides.
