Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Application Notes
Enzyme Immunoassay (1:1000, see application references)
Application Comments
Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.
Cross-reactivity by ELISA against human myeloma proteins: Human IgG1: 100% Human IgG2: 100% Human IgG3: 100% Human IgG4: 100% Human IgM: <0.2% Human IgA: <0.1% Human IgE: <0.1%
Cross-reactivity by ELISA against chimeric antibodies: Human IgG1: 100% Human IgG2: 100% Human IgG3: 100% Human IgG4: 100% Human IgM: <0.01% Human IgA: <0.01% Human IgE: <0.01%
There is no detectable binding to bovine, goat, horse sheep IgG, so these species sera can be used for assay blocking buffers. Modification of Nakane and Kawaoi method used for enzyme coupling.

Enzyme Immunoassay (1:1000, see application references)
Description
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. Recognizes human IgG Fc fragment.
Background
The HP series of murine human Ig-specific monoclonal antibodies was produced from documented hybridoma cell lines that were developed at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia. Laboratory analysis of each monoclonal antibody lot is performed in two stages during the production of ascites. First, the cell culture medium is analyzed for the presence and relative amount of human Ig-specific antibody by ELISA before injection of cells into mice. Second, collected ascites are analyzed for potency and antibody specificity using ELISA and isoelectric focusing (IEF), often in combination with an affinity immunoblot. For more information, the CALBIOCHEM® technical monograph, The Human IgG Subclasses, is available free of charge.
