Description
OverviewRecombinant, human mouse rat growth differentiation factor 8 (GDF-8) consisting of amino acids 268-376 and expressed in NS0-derived murine myeloma cells. GDF-8 is expressed in developing and adult skeletal muscle and is 100% identical to mature human, rat, mouse, and cow at the amino acid sequence level. Useful for the inhibition of preadipocyte differentiation to adipocytes.
