DescriptionAnti-phospho-Threonine Antibody, clone 20H6.1
Alternate Names
  • Threonine
Background InformationProtein phosphorylation is normally associated with protein modification in signaling pathways and may be useful in pathophysiology and treatment of major neuropsychiatric disorders. Antibodies against phospho-threonine have been used to establish stability of the phosphorylated forms of proteins that may be involved in many different types of signaling. Phospho-threonine antibody is used to measure phosphorylation levels of PSII reaction center proteins D1, D3 and chlorophyll a binding protein CP43.
