Native trypsin highly purified from bovine pancreas. Endotoxins removed chromatographically. Serine protease which specifically hydrolyzes peptide bonds at the C-terminus side of arginine and lysine residues. May be used for cell harvesting as well as tissue dissociation when combined with elastase and/or collagenase.
