Lane 1: Detection of human NOD2 by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate (20 µg) from Jurkat cells. Primary antibody: Anti-NOD2 Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1119) (2 µg/ml). Detection: chemiluminescence. Lane 2. Detection of human NOD2 by immunoprecipitation followed by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate (500 µg) from Jurkat cells (lane 2) and negative control sample (lane 3). Antibody for immunoprecipitation: Anti-NOD2 Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1119) (5 µg). Immunoblotting conditions: same as lane 1.
