      OverviewA cell-permeable, SU5416- (Cat. Nos. 676487 and 676498) derived combretastatin A-4 (Cat. No. 234200) analog that acts as an effective anti-microtubule agent (IC50 = 4.5 µM in inhibiting polymerization of purified porcine brain tubulin) and displays extremely potent anti-proliferative activity towards various cancer cell lines (GI50 <10 nM for 46 lines among a 53 NCI panel tested).
