      Description
OverviewRecombinant, mouse sclerostin (SOST) consisting of amino acids 24-211, expressed in NS0-derived murine myeloma cells with an N-terminal His•Tag®. SOST is expressed by osteoclasts in developing bones of mouse embryos and acts as a negative regulator of bone formation through repression of BMP-induced osteogenesis.
