      DescriptionRecombinant, bovine c-GMP-specific phosphodiesterase expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells. Supplied as partially purified, catalytically active, dimeric holoenzyme. A target enzyme for Viagra (sildenafil). Suitable for enzymatic studies and as a standard in Western blots using Anti-Phosphodiesterase V Antibody (Cat. No. 524583). For enzymatic studies a dilution of 1:1000 recommended. For use as a immunoblot standard 2 to 3 µl per lane is recommended. In immunoblotting, gives band at ~92 kDa.
