Custom Premix Selecting "Custom Premix" option means that all of the beads you have chosen will be premixed in manufacturing before the kit is sent to you.
A cytolytic toxin that causes depolarization of skeletal muscle fibers in vitro. Stimulates Ca2+ transport and ATP hydrolysis by the sarcolemmal Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase. Its action is strongly potentiated by phospholipase A2. Inhibits protein kinase C (IC50 = 1.8 µM).
