Description
Overview	A cell-permeable tetrahydroacridinamine (THA) derived compound that potently suppresses autophagy (EC = 250 nM) with reduced toxicity (LD₅₀ = 27 µM) in U2OS cells. Shown to induce lysosome deacidification and increase LC3-II protein accumulation. Displays attractive biophysical properties. Please note that the molecular weight for this compound is batch-specific due to variable water content. Please refer to the vial label or the certificate of analysis for the batch-specific molecular weight. The molecular weight provided represents the baseline molecular weight without water.
